外语组新老师评课总结

我校新教师刘玲玲,陈本璞,李冠军,赵婷老师上课、听课、评课交流活动已经结束,回顾两周的听、评课活动感触颇多,教师的角色正发生着前所未有的转变,但也同时使我产生了一些新的思考。
一、 千树万树梨花开——教师在课堂教学中茁壮成长
新一轮课程改革的实施,带给教师最大的变化是思想观念的改变。伴随着思想观念的更新,我们的教师正在形成着独具特色的教学风格。此次上课的四位教师的教学风格便各不相同。
我校高二老师刘玲玲老师善于思考和学习,稳重而不迂腐,在稳重中透着活力。充分了解学生的学情,了解学生普遍感觉困难的地方。着重对知识进行系统的归纳,没有为了讲题而讲题,把知识系统化,而且使学与练有效的结合。
我校高二老师陈本璞老师教学中她亲切自然的教态给学生以鼓舞,绘声绘色的讲解给学生以启迪,暗示教学法的使用,把学生从题目带到现时之中,强调学生的体验和感受
我校高一老师李冠军老师是一位极其善于表现自我、绝对西化的英语教师,在课堂上他随心所欲,不受师道尊严的羁绊。在她的课堂上我们看不到强制和虚伪,课堂展示给我们的一切都是爱、是真、是纯。她善于运用媒体使学生入境,他的语言准确、简练、富有哲理,在一问一答中给学生以启迪。
我校高一老师赵婷老师设计的这堂课讲练充分,各个环节的设计很有针对性,目标明确。把这节英语课作为展示自己才华的平台。教师的教学思路清晰,也能注重基础知识的传授,对学生的听、说、读、写能力的培养也都比较到位
二、一枝红杏出墙来——课堂教学中的闪光点
纵观四位教师的4节课,虽各具特色,但他们在如下几方面做得都较好。
1、注重学法指导。最好的教育不是使学生学会知识而是使学生学会如何学习知识,学生不应该成为流动的图书馆。在信息时代,知识每三年就更新一次,学生的记忆速度以远远落后于知识更新的速度,如果我们再以学生记住多少知识作为评价学生的标准,再施以填鸭式教学,我们的民族就不会有创新精神,就不会有创造力,我们的民族也必将走向没落。
2、注重三维目标的实现,强调感受和体验。学校教育的终极目标是使学生形成健全的人格,学科知识的学习是手段是方法,教育不是告诉。我们在教学中不但要重视知识和技能目标的实现,更应该重视过程和方法目标的实现,尤其应该加强情感、态度、价值观目标的实现。
3、注重教学设计。能否上好一节课,教学设计是关键,它是上课的起点。以往的教学设计多为教学过程设计,教师基本上采用“我教你学”思路编写教案,教学过程完全是由教师控制的,这种教学设计基本上是预设的,有计划的,是可控的,因此这种方案是静态的、单一的、机械的、细致的。与之相反,四位教师的教学设计是一个流动的过程。通过教师与学生、学生与学生、学生与文本之间的多项互动,始终是在“发现问题——解决问题——引发新问题——解决新问题”的循环中进行。教师不仅重视教学过程的设计,还加强了教学背景分析、学习者分析和学习需要分析。
4、注重关注每一位学生、注重关注学生的每一方面。传统教学中教师关注的是那些学习较好的学生,再加之现在学校普遍存在大班额现象,因此我们的教育便成了培养极少数牺牲大多数的教育。四位教师都能从关注学生的学习需求、成长需求、发展需求入手,课堂上教师拒绝学生旁观,注重培养学生诚信意识和唤醒学生的激情,教师也学会了倾听,学会了让学生个性张扬、学会了如何促进学生品质生成。
5、注重媒体和教具的使用。四位教师都能结合教学实际,充分利用各种媒体和教具。电脑多媒体的使用都恰如其分,不做作、不夸张。随着各级政府对学校投入的加大,各种先进的教学设备会不断的走进学生的课堂。教师不能墨守一本书、一支笔、一本教案的传统教学方式,教师要与时俱进,教师要不断创新。媒体在教学中的使用不仅能在短时间内给学生提供足够多的信息而且可以帮助教师突破难点;有效的创设生动、有趣、活泼的教学情境,还可以通过感官刺激再现文本内容,加深学生对知识的理解和记忆。
6、注重教学评价。在课堂上五位教师更多的是采用正面的语言对学生进行评价,课堂教学始终是在民主、和谐的氛围中进行。教师一句肯定、鼓励的话会改变一个学生的一生。教师不要吝惜我们优美的语言。在课堂上多用鼓励、肯定、关怀的话语,不仅可以缩短师生之间的距离,建立起学生对教师的尊重与信任,还可以激发学生的求知欲和上进心。
三、冰清白玉应有瑕——课堂教学中存在的问题
可以说五位教师是非常优秀的教师,如果每一所学校的每一位教师的堂课教学都能达到他们的课堂教学水平,那么我们的教学质量将上一个大台阶。但在五位教师的课堂教学中仍然存在一些不尽人意的地方。如重视教学过程设计而忽视学习者分析和教学背景分析,对学习者原有的知识基础重视不够.在一些地方,教师仍然满足于讲的是自己知道的,仍须加强内容的开放性、方法的互动性和过程的反思性.在重视教学形式和学习方式的多样化同时,更应牢牢把握教学的目的性等.
