自2月底到三月我校高中部外语组展开了优秀老师听评课活动。我发现授课老师们各有长处，使我从中受益颇多，也让我体会到自己在教学中存在的不足，使我对校学英语课堂教学有了进一步的认识。以下是各优秀老师教案及我们外语组老师听评课的感受。

听评刘新苗老师和王小丽老师公开课有感

这次听课活动，能够对我外语组成员在课堂教学方面起到一个积极的推动作用，使一些新思想、新观念引入自己的课堂教学中来。
刘新苗老师和王小丽老师在课堂教学中，坚持围绕一个中心，体现三个为主，即围绕明确的教学目标，体现教师为主导，学生为主体，以培养学生能力为主线来开展教学。具体环节上，重点突出并能够很好的突破难点，利用多种教学手段进行教学，并能熟练的驾驭教材，知识的系统性很强，主次分明，容量适中，内容处理循序渐进，环节紧凑，时间分配合理，能从实验中加强对知识的学习及理解，并能把思想教育寓于教学之中，使教与学很好的整合在一起。
刘老师的教学如高山流水，顺畅自然。他善于运用媒体使学生入境，他的语言准确、简练、富有哲理，在一问一答中给学生以启迪。王老师课堂重点突出，即讲即练，分析到位。
她们富有启发性和亲和力，能很好的利用现代教学手段，增强课堂的直观性和高效性。
一、从教学方法来看，教法灵活生动，讲练结合，适时进行必要的学法指导，利用多变的教学手段激发起学生的学习主动性和积极性。通过对问题的精心设计来培养学生的能力，挖掘其思维深度，能体现出以教师为指导，学生为主体的施教方法。
二、课堂的教学效果相当好。
学生思维活跃，课堂上积极主动性高，自我思考空间大，即培养独立思考问题的习惯又能在愉快的心境下完成知识的学习。一堂课结束后，整体感强，能清晰地知道所学内容。
听完这节课后，我组教师感受颇多，决心进一步完善各自的课堂教学。刘老师的这一节课之所以好，是因为背后注入了多位教师思想及优点，我们今后要加强集备，每一节课都要吸取同组中众人的智慧、优点，使课堂教学达到最优化。多组织一些听评课活动，并且真正去落实“听”与“评”。总之，通过这次听课活动，英语组每位教师的课堂教学水平都得到进一步的提高。
