四月我校高中部外语组展开了骨干老师听评课活动。我发现授课老师们各有千秋，我受益非浅，也让我体会到教学的乐趣，自己在教学中存在的不足，使我对校学英语课堂教学有了进一步的认识。以下是各骨干老师教案及我们外语组老师听评课的感受。

听评郭军剑老师和叶红老师公开课有感

教学有方法，教学无定法。但是，对于郭老师和叶老师来说，她们已然掌握一定的教学方法与教学模式。将先入格、再出格运用得淋漓尽致。而且形成了她们自己独特的教学风格，进而上升到一定的教学艺术。她们在不断的教学过程中，结合自己的教学经验和课堂教学中的突发灵感，总是在不断创新、不断提高。
在新课标的指引下，课堂教学的总体思想是：以学生为主体，以教师为主导，让学生成为学习的主人，教师作为一个导演的角色出现。她们能够很好的将老教材与新课标结合起来，创课堂教学中一个又一个高峰。
她们精心设计好她们的每一堂课，她们的课各有千秋让我们深刻的体会到做老师的乐趣，以及以后努力的方向。
郭老师新授听力课时注重基础、狠抓规范。把听力由厚变薄，讲解到位，有广度、且深度。以先学后教为原则，让学生在预习的基础上，带着问题听课从而有效的提高课堂的听课效率。主要讲难点、重点、疑点。且非常注重即讲即练。
叶老师的复习课非常注重知识的归纳总结，讲典型的例题以点带面，讲方法，同时也注重了必要的题目训练。着重解决学生感到比较难于理解的难题，同时也强调做题的方法。而且注重提高学生解题的能力，和对知识的系统归纳能力。叶老师知识结构非常清晰，知识容量大，是我们所叹而不及的。
而且她们两位老师充分了解了学生的学情，了解学生普遍感觉困难的地方。着重对知识进行系统的归纳，不是为了讲题而讲题。而且做到了面面具到，把知识系统化。
通过本次听课和评课，对全组教师在教学思想和教学方法以及课堂把握上受益匪浅。特别是我们新教师，缺乏足够的教学经验，对教材教法的把握不够准确，更是收获很大。
